We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns will be offered a store credit, not a refund. If you have have a "Change Of Mind", again there is no refund. Instead a store credit will be issued to you.
Please note we do not cover any shipping costs on returns nor are we responsible for the lost packages that are being sent to us. Please ensure that all items are sent with tracking.
If the item is damage you are entitled to a full refund (Not store credit, unless you choose so.) However, all items are full inspected before being sent and will be photographed for quality control.
If you would like to change your dress for another, that can be done. Just make sure to contact us first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed a store credit.
