How To Order Online
We know ordering formal dresses online can be difficult, especially in regards to choosing the right size to achieve the fit you want.
We've developed the below step-by-step procedure to assist in making each of our customers' experience as seamless as possible.
Step One: Email us at villoniboutique@gmail.com with the style number, colour and approximate size that you are after. Please also inform us of the date you plan on wearing the dress, that way we can ensure we have enough time to deliver.
Step Two: One of our staff will contact you and collect any information you may have forgotten to provide in your email.
Step Three: We will guide you in taking your measurements, confirming what size will provide the best fit for you taking into consideration the material of the dress.
Step Four: Following the confirmation of size, will check our stock and the stock of the designer (if a back order is required) to ensure the dress will be available within the delivery window you've provided.
Step Five: Once we've established all of the above, we will send you an invoice via email where you can submit your order and pay.
Step Six: Once we receive your dress, we will send it out to you immediately.

Australia Shipping Times:
Your dress/s are very important to us and we take great care in sending them out to you. All our dresses are packaged carefully with tissue paper in standard issued packing boxes to ensure they are well protected in transit.
All orders are Registered, Trackable and require a signature upon Delivery.

For US orders please go to www.villoniboutique.us to place you order. All prices are in USD and shipped from our US warehouse. Some stock is exclusive to Australia, so you may have to order from Australia.
DHL International Shipping - $50 USD ( 1-4 Business Days)
Express International Shipping -$30 USD ( 6-14 Business Days)

TAKE YOUR BUST, WAIST and HIP MEASUREMENT
You can take your measurements by yourself with the following guide or you can ask someone for assistance. The most important thing is to measure your body based on how you’d like the dress to fit on you. If you’re in between sizes, it is always better to select the bigger size and any fitting issues can be fixed with alterations.
If your measuring tape allows, it is best to take your measurements in inches. If your measuring tape only has centimetres, it can be converted to inches after the fact.
You’ll need to take three measurements: BUST, WAIST and HIPS. This is done by wrapping the measurement tape around your body, with the measuring tape being pulled snug against you, similar to how you'd want the fit of the dress. If you prefer a loose fit, hold the tape accordingly.
